I have had ZERO flea problems since my dogs have been on this product since 2009. They devour the pill with no hesitancy, and I have never noticed any side effects. With my vet's permission, I buy the 60-100lb supply and cut them in half, since my dogs weigh right at 60lb, and give it to them every 25-30 days. During cooler months I can give them the pill every 45-60 days with no flea problems. I only wish it had more parasite preventatives (heartworm, worms, etc) and was made for cats!I highly recommend this product.
