I have been using this product for over 4 years, since I have had my 4 1/2 year old lab. Every spring I start giving him the drops from Hartz and have never had any problems whatsoever. He has always been around wooded areas, so fleas and ticks can be a pain. I usually start in April, or if I notice him scratching more than usual, and in that case I pick this up from the store and he is fine within a few days. No poisoning, no foaming at the mouth... just fun in the woods and lake all summer long.
