Hartz Ultraguard Plus Reflecting Flea &Tick Cat Collar Review

Never had a problem with the Hartz Flea collar. One of our cats developed a bad allergic reaction to the drops that the vet prescribed. Our cat developed a large raw spot where the fur all fell out. We then tried a different drop but this one made our cat so ill we thought she would die. She couldn't hardly move or walk and hardly ate. It took about a 6 weeks for her to get back to normal.
Advantage doesn't seem to work so well, so we use advantage and a Hartz flea collar and that seems to help. Plus we use a spray on the carpets, her bedding and where she lounges.
I know that vets don't like the collars BUT, we can't use Revolution on her anymore and we can't use Frontline plus, so we use what we can.
All flea control meds use toxic ingredients. I have yet to see an herbal remedy that works.
You just have to keep an eye on your pet after using products. Just because they tolerated them in the past doesn't mean they will always be able to do so. Some of these things build up in their systems.
