Unfortunately the ingredients in this product can be lethal. Your dog may or may not have a reaction. However after googling other stories if there is a reaction, it's usually pretty sudden and lethal.Since Hartz uses the same flea and tick ingredients in most of their products across the board, and because the reaction is sudden and deadly, I would never recommend using this product due to the risks involved.
I know it's cheap and sometimes it works, but please google "Hartz Kills" to find other informational websites and/or class action lawsuits.
