Bought a year's worth of bio spot and by July of last summer, our dog had fleas. We stopped bio spot and bought frontline. Frontline is worth the extra cost. We struggled to get the fleas/eggs out of our carpet, but even on the dog, the difference was between a lively, hard to grab flea and a slow moving, dying flea.
