I bought this after (quite disappointingly) getting a fresh flea infestation from my vet during neutering. It killed exactly ZERO fleas and I had to reapply as soon as possible - 14 days later. With two cats, this 4-pack lasted a whopping half month. And didn't kill a single flea.Now, after peppermint soap baths for one cat and baby shampoo baths for the other (just to experiment), I'm getting down to a flea or two a day per cat. The one that was more heavily infested I've been bathing with peppermint and I LOVE to watch the fleas JUMP off him. I hear lemon oil works as well, which is I'm guessing why Dawn dish soap is also effective.
