When I bought this I thought I was buying flea shampoo, so it's really my fault. This is not flea shampoo. Apparently it's just designed to not take previous flea treatment off. Having said that I only gave it three stars because its rather expensive for just being regular shampoo. It also kind of stinks. I has a really strong smell, perhaps some people may like it, but I don't. For the first few days you can tell if the cat is in the room just by the smell. after about the third day it's not too bad, but my previous shampoo smelled better and left my cat's coasts softer. Overall it's not horrificly bad, but I would spend a few extra bucks and get flea shampoo or spend less and get regular shampoo.Bio Guard Shampoo for Dogs, Cats, and Kittens, 12 oz Overview
