I purchased this item, then trained over the course of several days to use the item. It worked great -- for about a week. Then the product began to malfunction. I had to contact the manufacturer to replace the bowl, since it broke outside of the seller's return within 10 days and unopened requirements. The manufacturer was VERY HELPFUL! Our second bowl malfunctioned immediately, it didn't even work for a week. The third responded the same. By the time we received our third malfunctioning bowl, I decided to give up on this product and warn consumers.
Great idea, maybe a better company will create a better, more reliable version.
